This Seal Beach couple is building their forever home from the ground up, and has brought Sloan Co on board to make their dream come true. This 3,676 square foot Coastal Colonial space will be rich with custom details, and surrounded by inviting outdoor living spaces.
Nestled in North Tustin’s rolling hills, this ranch home boasts breathtaking views and a generous lot. Yet, it’s outdated and lacks the entertaining space our clients desire. By expanding and stripping it to the studs, we’re creating the ultimate California living experience with an indoor/outdoor flow. This reimagined space will be a haven for the homeowners’ daily living and a welcoming venue for friends and extended family.
After decades of life wearing away at this North Tustin ranch home, it is getting completely reimagined and updated to meet the needs of an endearing family… Adding square footage, repairing damage, reconfiguring the floor plan, and infusing the design with our clients’ modern-meets-mountain style is just the start. Taking advantage of ample space, we’re transforming an awkwardly situated + outdated primary suite and adjoining loft into a modern organic oasis that speaks the homeowners’ style and suits the way they live.
These homeowners love their home’s space and location, but the bathrooms need a serious refresh. We’re reworking the layouts for better flow and bringing in a blend of their favorite styles—classic, mid-century modern, and a touch of art deco—to create timeless, custom spaces that feel fresh and totally them.
After 14 years in their home, these homeowners are ready to reimagine their 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom space to better reflect their personal style and the way they live today. Blending modern and timeless elements, we’re bringing years of dreams and creative ideas to life—turning them into a cohesive, thoughtful design that’s built to last.
Years after we helped this young family remodel their upstairs, they’ve brought us back to reimagine the first floor! Blending California Casual with Mid-Century Modern style, we’re designing a playful, inviting space that’s perfect for hosting big gatherings and enjoying easy, everyday living.
