PROJECT OVERVIEW
Nestled in the hills of Yorba Linda sits our Bryant Park project. A builder-grade home that felt completely disconnected from our client’s personal style. They came to us with a strong vision for their Primary Suite and upstairs Loft: to turn these spaces into a moody, masculine, and organic luxury oasis. So, we layered natural textures and moody tones, crafting everything with intention, layer by layer, making these spaces feel like them!

PROJECT CHALLENGES
Turning a builder-grade home with lots of angles into a luxury modern retreat took both creativity and finesse. One of the key challenges was creating an upscale, contemporary Primary Suite centered around a two-sided fireplace. And, did we mention all of the angles in this house?!

PROJECT RESULTS
As you walk up the stairs in this Bryant Park home, it opens to a cozy Loft area with pitched ceilings and a skylight that brings in beautiful natural light. We expanded the built-in in this space, adding a fireplace, open shelving, a TV that can be tucked away, and hidden storage for the kids’ gaming components—providing space for both function and beauty.
Through a pair of custom designed double doors , we enter the Primary Suite. Between the layers of cozy textures and neutral tones on the bed and the comfortable seating area in front of the fireplace, this is the perfect place to decompress after a long day.
Following the marble slab wrapping around to the other side of the fireplace, we enter the Primary Bathroom, complete with a floating vanity and overlapping windows looking into their beautiful backyard. Opposite the vanity, we curved the wall and added a dark mosaic tile to provide a moody backdrop for the cement freestanding tub. Through custom reeded glass, we enter the shower with a masculine edge, complete with double showerheads, hand showers, an overhead rain shower, and a steam feature any wellness buff would swoon over.
